I know what you are talking about with the PTSD, I too suffer with it. The only thing that I have found that will help is to develop a dream and work to get the dream compleated. My farm is my dream, and it is starting to move quickly. I have purchased a 40' X 80' steel barn, which I plan on completing construction in July of this year. Then I plan on moving into the barn until I can finish my work on my home here in Houston. I am now moving equipment to the farm as fast as I can, and it sure is keeping the old mind busy and away from the conflicts in life. Besides it is fun building a new life, and planning for a much less expensive future is really great.

"If it weren't for flashbacks, I'd have no memories at all" is currently posted on the back window of my truck, and has been since 1997. True, but I am getting better with the thoughts of freedom, security, independence, and fresh air at the farm. MY DREAM is coming true, and it is going to save me thousands each year in taxes and millions in the peace of mind.
