I was just going through some old paperwork, including my DD 214 and realized that I don't have half the information on my 214 that I should. For instance, I have orders for 5 AAM's and only show 1 on my DD 214. The worst though, is that I show a National Defense Service Medal, but no Southwest Asia Service Medal.

Can anyone give me some direction on getting this stuff added to my records ?
