We just don't need no more "Yankees", they would bitch if "You Stuck'em With Golden Dagger"!!!

I remember in the early 80's we had this influx of Yankees here in Houston all of them fleeing from Michigan,(George), I made a fortune off selling them houses, they bitched and bitched, and bitched about Houston, except they did'nt mind playing golf on X-mas eve, or Thanksgiving, or Valentimes day, and you could'nt have run-em off with a "NUKE". They're still here!, most of them wearing boots and hats and going to rodeo, some of them even learned to "dip", or "chew", and drink beer at the same time...
