Dear Gail, It has been awhile since I wrote on the board, I have been accepting the loss, as I am sure we all are. You are so right that we must maintain the bond that JC helped to strengthen. How much darker my world would have been if I had not met and gotten close to him. I know that we all have trouble with losing those close to us but if we keep these lines open and keep reaching out we will honor Jack in the best way possible. As long as these pages remain a safe place for vets and their families to gather and share we will never be far from Marty or Jack.
