Sounds like you were not to sure about working with the 189th. I was one of the lucky 119th guys that got DEROSed to the 189th when they were new in-country. I think it was july or early august. You can imagne how excited I was to be assigned to a bunch of FNG's. Did I mention I was also getting short at the time.
