Pickett,
VNE in the Huey is 128 kts. The major problem being retreating blade stall, the advancing blade has lift, but the amount of the lift on the retreating blade decreases with forward speed. The actual retreating blade stall would occur around 140 kts, the aircraft will seem to roll backwards out of the sky. The retreating blade becomes dead unsuported weight causing it to drop causing the aircraft to pitch up and left violently causing massive mast bumping and most likely mast separation, you are on your own from that point. Your choices are limited.
